Orders will be sent out 7-14 days upon payment clearance. I will send items USPS first class, which will include tracking. If you require your items to ship quicker, please send me a direct message so I can plan accordingly.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies between 1-2 weeks, both in the United States and everywhere else. I will do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them, especially with Covid-19.

Please double check that you have the correct address on file. If the address is incorrect, please message me immediately so I can change the address on the shipping label. If I mail the package prior to you contacting me for an address change, you will need to pay for additional costs to have the items replaced.

Please understand that once the package has been delivered to the post office, I know longer have control or responsibility over the package. I am not liable for any mistakes made by the post office. If you would like to buy insurance, please contact me before purchasing. With Covid, packages are arriving late or getting lost completely. Tracking numbers are also taking a longer to update. Please be patient and contact me if you do not receive your package.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays because of customs.

Returns and Exchanges

I will accept returns and exchanges only if there is something wrong on my part. For example, if the jewelry arrives damaged. Please send me an email with photo proof and I will gladly work to resolve the issue.  

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items on sale

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake is on my end. If the item is not returned in its original condition or as shown in photo evidence, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
